Dual Occupancy, New Build

Refined luxury meets open-plan living in this striking dual occupancy build. Partnering closely with Gonzalo Ascui from Ascui & Co, we created a vibrant living space that balances functionality and aesthetics.

Thanks to our ability to navigate challenges with creative solutions, we were able to maintain an incredibly smooth building process despite national timber shortages and complex curves.

New Build

Our Ashwood project leaves an impression from the nature strip, with timeless geometric shapes juxtaposed against lush green vegetation. We worked closely with our client Con Panoussis from Ascui & Co to bring their vision to life. For us, this project is the pinnacle of flexibility and agility during the construction process. We were able to pivot seamlessly to align with our client’s desires time and again, allowing us to craft an exceptional architectural space that feels just like home.

Renovation

Our St Kilda project embodies a fusion of past and present. We worked closely with our client and designer Marcelle Tobshall from U & CO Concepts to create a refined space that allowed striking heritage features to sing in this 1950s apartment. After addressing the decades-long water damage seeping into the foundations of this home, we worked hard on bringing our client’s remarkable vision to life. Blue stone walls, leathered granite benchtops, custom joinery and a feature trench heater added timeless elements to the space, while new burnt oak flooring and a hydronic heating system brought this home into the 21st century.

Renovation, Extension

Sometimes, our lifestyle outgrows our family homes. Extensions and renovations are a great way to breathe new life into an already cherished home. That’s what we did at our McKinnon project. We worked closely with our client to expand the back of their home and create a seamless flow from their open-plan kitchen to their outdoor pool.

This project reminded us how important building relationships with our clients really is. Because of the strong foundation we forged with our client from the consultation phase, we were able to provide agile solutions to on-the-spot problems, working with our client in real-time to land on the best solution for them now and into the future.
